Minority Medical Student Scholarship

The Minority Medical Student Scholarship is funded primarily by gifts from the Sue D. Nilsson Endowment Fund at the Greater Tacoma Community Foundation. The Greater Tacoma Community Foundation administers the Nilsson fund — named after the late Sue D. Nilsson — so that a portion of the fund’s proceeds is given annually to the UW School of Medicine to support minority scholarships.
