GPAC stands for Graduate Psychology Action Committee. We are here to articulate the needs of graduate students and foster two-way communication between students, faculty, and department administration. We are able to do this through the support and collective voice of the graduate students in the department. Because we work together as graduate students towards our common goals, GPAC is very effective at influencing departmental governance and decision making. We are proud of the difference we make in the lives of graduate students and of the impact we have on the direction of the training program, which helps maintain UW as one of the top psychology graduate programs in the nation.
Please take some time to look through the site and learn more about GPAC. Let us know if you are interested in becoming a more active member or have any questions.
Sincerely,
Andrew Bock
