RainbowGrads

Who are the RainbowGrads?
RainbowGrads is an ad hoc task force created by the GPSS Executive Committee to address the underrepresenation of LGBTQ Graduate and Professional students at the University of Washington. The Task Force is in the process of becoming an official Registered Student Organization (RSO). We expect this to be completed by late September. The listserv address and website will likely change after registration is complete. Please pardon the dust as we navigate through this process!
Our Mission
RainbowGrads seeks to spread awareness of issues facing LBGTQ Graduate and Professional students including but not limited to the need for social, academic, and professional opportunities. The Task Force may spread awareness of such issues indirectly, e.g., by reaching out to campus groups and expressing the needs of the LGBT community, or directly, e.g., by sponsoring events to foster social, academic, or professional development for LGBTQ members of the UW.
