Assign a Proxy

Senators: Please use this form to assign a Proxy for an upcoming Senate Meeting.  The GPSS Secretary and your Proxy will be informed of your submission.  Please make all Proxy Assignment Requests at least 2 hours prior to the Senate meeting for which you need a Proxy. 

Name of the registered GPSS Senator.
Department in which the Senator resides.
Name of the person you are assigning as a Proxy.
Email address of the Proxy.
Date of the Senate meeting which the Proxy will be attending.
