This includes explanations of how some grade options can help you deal with underprepared students you might find forced to stay in your class because of the Add/Drop policy.

UW Grade Reporting
Presents the goals and philosophy of the UW in setting their timelines and policies for grading.
 
Students' Legal Rights
Summarizes some of the lesser known rights students have surrounding grading. You are liable if you deny a student their rights.
 
Current Add/Drop Policy
Gives grading alternatives which might help faculty deal with situations that can arise because of the current add/drop policy.
