Tau Kappa Epsilon

The Chi Chapter is one of the most highly decorated TKE chapters in the nation. With a rich history on the University of Washington campus, active members strive to uphold the house’s prestige and tradition. We celebrate academic excellence, vast alumni presence, and a deep caring for the community. Raising thousands of dollars per year, the Chi Chapter is a highly regarded contributor to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Our chapter focuses on bettering both the Greek and University of Washington communities. We value brotherhood between active members and the incoming pledge class, as these friendships made here last a lifetime. Our fraternity sustains a well-known social presence within the Greek community. Every year we travel to Vancouver, B.C. for our Red Carnation Ball, holding a banquet to award our members that have excelled in brotherhood, academics, and leadership within the house. We were recently awarded in August 2011 the “Top TKE Chapter” award by Nationals. This award applauds our excellence in recruitment, academics, philanthropy, alumni relations, and athletics. The gentlemen of Tau Kappa Epsilon strive to build better leaders for the future.
