Housing Information

Fraternity residential housing has been a long-standing tradition at UW. Chapter houses give you the opportunity to live alongside your fraternity brothers, enhancing your college experience. Fraternity housing is a viable option as fifteen percent of incoming freshmen are housed in the Greek Community annually. Chapter houses hold between 25-100 students. If you have already signed-up for a residence hall, most chapters will reimburse your lost deposit.
