We are
located at the south end of the University of Washington Main Campus in
the Health Sciences Building on the 4th floor in room D-453. This
is the same large building that the UW Hospital is in.
If you are driving you
will need to park in the S-1 lot. From the intersection of 15th Ave. and
Pacific, drive south on 15th and follow it as it curves to the left. Stop
at the parking booth and tell the attendant you are a research participant at
the Dental School. Give them $11 (cash only) and they will give a parking permit to leave
on your dashboard. When you are at our clinic ask us for parking
and we will give you a coupon to receive your $11 back from the parking
booth attendant as you drive out.
