Job Description: Assist with production, working with staff, management and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of product, ensuring accurate information regarding projects are provided to all parties in a timely manner. Responsibilities:

Coordinate the production of print runs with a total cost of up to $25,000.

Ensure the accuracy of product; schedules are created and tracked, deadlines are met and projects are delivered to clients on time resulting in a smooth, efficient and well-run process.

Maintain vendor relationships and ensure adherence to all contract agreements.

Coordinate the creation and oversight of the print production schedule and calendar for the department, including some press checks and helping ensure print projects are completed on-time, on-budget and meet quality standards.

Analyze and compile comprehensive print quotes and cost analysis for clients.

Utilize print production knowledge to educate clients and team members, providing cost effective options that best meet their needs.

Maintain and ensure the accuracy of departmental databases.

Generate reports for leadership as requested.

Coordinate the invoicing and closing of all print production jobs and the creation of purchase orders.

Help achieve a greater value of service for the company by maintaining good business relationships with preferred outsource vendors.

Order and maintain inventory of organizational products and online stores.

Work collaboratively with team members when assigned to work as a member of a team.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills for this Production Coordinator includes the following:

1 – 2 years print production experience.

Procurement experience is a plus.

Must have experience with database management.

Must have good oral and written communication skills.

Cost analysis knowledge.

Must be proficient at MS Office, Lotus Notes and internet and intranet.

2 year technical or junior college degree or equivalent experience.
