The National Council for Eurasian and East European Research (NCEEER), a non-profit organization affilated with the Ellison Center for Russian, Eastern European, and Central Asian Studies in the Jackson School of International Studies, is hiring a programming intern for August and September to help develop a Web-based grant application system in PHP with a MySQL backend.
