The Adolescent Health Transition Project, in collaboration with the Washington State Children with Special Health Care Needs Program and the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner (OIC), is working on a document that will help young adults with disabilities and special health care needs and their families know what their options are for health insurance coverage.
