Research Interest:

To understand user experience using predictive analytics, big data analytics, and machine learning algorithms including linear/logistic/lasso/ridge regression, clustering and classification, random forest and splines, etc. My research interests include behavior research, usability testing, evaluation design, statistics modeling, experimental design, survey design and data visualization. I have been working on projects to analyze drivers' feedback and behavior towards the adaptive cruise control (ACC) system, displays and pedal systems in vehicles. These projects reported safety critical events, improved the existing system and helped to design the new features.
