SEED Hall/Community Council Reps

Interested in both Hall/Community Council and SEED? You can apply to be a SEED Rep for your Hall/Community Council. SEED Reps attend both groups meetings and help keep everyone up to date on what is happening in SEED and in your residential community.

SEED Executive Board

The SEED Executive Board for the 2018-19 academic year has been selected as outlined in the SEED constitution.

SEED Executive Director Position Description

The SEED Executive Director is selected by HFS Staff in spring quarter.

  • Employment Period: September–June (nine months) with spring and summer training and planning requirements.
  • Work Schedule: You will work 19.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with occasional night and weekend responsibilities.
  • Compensation: on-campus housing at new double rate with Level 1 Dining Plan
  • General Responsibilities:
    • This position focuses on leading SEED’s Executive Board, advocating for the needs of residents as it pertains to sustainability, and collaborating to provide programs, resources, and educational opportunities that promote sustainability.
    • Lead SEED Executive Board and General Council weekly meetings.
    • Collaborate with other HFS & UW organizations for programming, resources, and other educational opportunities for residents as it pertains so resident engagement around sustainability.

The application for the Executive Director Position will be made available in spring quarter.

All other SEED Executive Board positions are determined via an election process in Spring quarter.  We will keep our website updated so you can learn more about the elections process.
