Mindful or Mind FULL?

Feeling lost in all of the midterms/finals/school stress? Then mindfulness is more important than ever! It’s not just some buzzword thrown around in yoga circles – Mindfulness is “a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations”.

Trying to achieve a state of mindfulness is great for being calm in the moment, but also allows you go into your daily tasks with a better sense of focus and your thoughts collected! You can practice mindfulness by taking up meditation, using the body scan technique, or even while you eat your food!
