WRC Hours

The WRC is open from 11:00am - 3:30pm Monday through Thursday during the academic quarter (with limited hours during finals week and closed in the break between quarters). If you'd like to schedule a time to come in outside of these hours, contact Mark Shaw at mshaw@uw.edu.

As a way of promoting safe exercise, SHAQ, the Student Health Advisory Quorum, is selling high-quality bike helmets and light sets at bargain prices, plus other items (see below). SHAQ offer helmets specifically designed for biking, skiing/snowboarding and skateboarding/in-line skating. There are a variety of colors to choose from, and members of SHAQ help you get a fitting that's right for your head size.

Proceeds from the sales of these health and safety products benefit SHAQ, a registered student organization, comprised of peer health educators.
