HPV Study - Volunteers Needed

We are looking for female volunteers between the ages of 25 and 65 to participate in a study of HPV infections in women.

Volunteers will be asked to collect vaginal samples at home for HPV testing and to complete questionnaires. No Pap tests or in-person visits. Volunteers will receive the results of their HPV tests.

This is a unique opportunity for type-specific HPV testing, which is not available commercially.

Participants will receive $75.

Eligibility

To be eligible, women must be in general good health, have had sex with men, and have used the internet to search for romantic partners in the past year (e.g. posted or responded to an ad on an internet dating website).

Volunteers must not be pregnant or breast feeding, or planning a pregnancy in the next 6 months, or have had a hysterectomy.
