- DBT Skills Group w/ Jenny Hermanson and Treg Isaacson
Come join us to learn how to increase self-awareness, build relationship skills, manage crisis situations, and better control your emotions. Next group begins Mon, Oct 12
- Eating Disorders Recovery Group
A supportive, educational group for students who have a history of eating disorder behaviors. Next group starts Fall quarter
- Follow-Up MBCT Group for Depression and/or Anxiety
For those who have already participated in a MBCT for Depression Group, a new follow-up group is being offered. Next group begins Wed, Oct 7
- Graduate School Group for Women
This supportive and structured group will focus on developing insight into relationship patterns, building stress management skills and identifying the core strengths that can help manage the unique challenges of grad school.
- Inquiry Based Stress Reduction Group
This 8-week group teaches how to apply inquiry based stress based reduction (ISBR) to stressful beliefs. Next group starts October 9th
- Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) for Depression An 8-Week Group with Regina Segura-Khagram
Learn the practice of mindfulness meditation and how to use it to disentangle yourself from depressed mood and thinking. Next group begins Mon, Jan 11
- Oldie But Goodie Process Group for Graduate Students
Provides a supportive environment for nontraditional students focused on enhancing learning ability, and reinforcing self esteem and core strengths.
- Process Group for Graduate Women of Color
Provides a safe environment for women enrolled in graduate or professional programs wanting to explore feelings associated with loss, rejection or impact due to a traumatic event. Next group starts Fall quarter; dates TBA.
- Social Anxiety Group with Jane Mortell and Michelle Punt
Psychoeducational therapy group focusing on social anxiety and shyness. Next group begins mid-July. Contact us to be added to the list.
- The "Got the Blues" Process Group for Graduate Students
Provides a safe and confidential space for grad students to openly discuss issues and the “blues” about graduate school. Next group starts: Fall Quarter
- Undergraduate Male Process Group
Provides a safe and confidential space for male undergrad students to receive support and gain perspective and insight into themselves and their relationships. Next group starts: Fall Quarter
