The guidebook is organized around important academic milestones and challenges facing ethnic minority graduate students. It identifies resources, strategies and information to support the individual in meeting emotional and intellectual challenges which may occur on the journey of obtaining a graduate education. The guidebook provides strategies and resources which serve to assist ethnic minority graduate students to create and maintain mental health wellness and balance in their academic environments as well as their personal lives.
