1. Why is it important to maintain a medical record?

Each time you visit a Hall Health Center provider, a record of your visit is made. Typically this record contains your symptoms, examination and text results, diagnoses, treatment, and a plan for future care or treatment. This information, often called your health or medical record, serves as:


The telephone number for the medical assistant partnered with your healthcare provider is listed on the Contact Us pages for the Primary Care, Family Health, and Women's Health clinics.

If you are enrolled in eCare, you can securely and privately send an online inquiry your provider team.


Yes, some of our female patients are seen in the Family Health Clinic for all of their health needs. Some of our patients prefer to use the Women's Clinic for their female health needs. It is simply personal preference.


Medical Assistant (MA)

Lemlem Tesfay is a Medical Assistant in the Family Health Clinic. She joined the Hall Health staff in 2002 and is responsible for patient care.


Family Nurse Practitioner

Ms. Schultz is a graduate of the Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Washington. She has been practicing as an ARNP since 2004. Her previous experience includes 3 years at Valley Family Medicine.

Medical Interests
Her medical interests include health promotion and women's health.


Family Medicine Physician
Dr. Rosellini received his bachelors degree from Stanford University in 1979 and completed his medical training at the University of California, Irvine in 1983.  After completing his Family Medicine residency at Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center in 1986, he provided 7 months of medical relief in Ivory Coast, West Africa, prior to joining a rural Family Medicine practice in central California.

In 1992, Dr. Rosellini joined the Family Medicine Residency faculty at Valley Medical Center in Renton where he worked for 15 years before joining the staff at Hall Health. His medical interests include pediatrics, dermatology, office-based gynecology and patient centered communication.


Personal Interests
When not working, Dr. Rosellini enjoys international travel, Italian cultural history, water sports and spending time with his wife and two sons.
