1. Why is it important to maintain a medical record?

Each time you visit a Hall Health Center provider, a record of your visit is made. Typically this record contains your symptoms, examination and text results, diagnoses, treatment, and a plan for future care or treatment. This information, often called your health or medical record, serves as:


The Rubenstein Memorial Pharmacy at Hall Health Center is an outpatient pharmacy that serves students as well as the general public. We accept many insurance plans, but prescription refills can only be processed for patients registered with UW Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center, affiliated UW Medicine Neighborhood Clinics or the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.

Pharmacy Hours and Location

The pharmacy is open Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm and is located on the first floor of Hall Health Center.
