Family Nurse Practitioner
Diane received a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Northeastern University in Boston and a Master’s degree in Nursing from University of Washington. She is board certified in Adolescent/Adult Health and Women’s Health.  She has been in practice as a nurse practitioner since 1995.  Diane is certified as a dive medicine examiner by UHMS (Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society).

Patient Care Philosophy
Health care involves a mutual effort between patient and provider.  My goal is to be a conduit for my patients in helping them take control of their health and do all they can to maintain wellness.

Scope Of Care
Diane treats a variety of primary care needs in the adolescent and adult population.

Personal Interests
Diane enjoys hiking, cooking, cross country skiing, gardening and spending time with children, family and friends.

Clinic Director and Family Medicine Physician

Lili Church, MD, grew up on the northshore of Lake Superior in Minnesota. She completed her medical training at the University of Iowa and residency at Swedish Hospital in Seattle. She is board certified in Family Medicine and taught in the UW Family Medicine Residency Program before joining Hall Health. She works in both the Primary Care and Women’s Health clinics, reflecting her interests in urgent care, gynecology, reproductive health, procedures, education, and working with individuals to improve health and well-being.

Personal Interests
She enjoys sunrises, her family, running, coffee, rain, and reading fiction.


Internal Medicine Physician, Associate Medical Director

Dr Mary Bachhuber Watts is a board certified Internal Medicine Specialist. She practices at Hall Health Center on the University of Washington Campus. In addition to her primary care practice she oversees the quality improvement program for her clinic.

She is a fellow of the American College of Physicians; in addition she is a member of the American College Health Association and the King County Medical Society.

Patient Care Philosophy
Her philosophy is one of partnering with the patient and working together towards the goal of health and wellness. She recognizes the importance of providing clear information so that the patient can be actively involved in health care decisions. She recognizes the role that emotional health has upon physical health. She places value on service excellence.

Scope Of Care
Dr Watts provides a full spectrum of care including care for acute health problems; ongoing (chronic) illnesses and “wellness” checkups in persons over the age of 14. She has special interests in health problems affecting women.

Family Nurse Practitioner, Manager, UW Medicine Travel Clinic at Hall Health

Anne C. Terry is a nurse practitioner who works in primary care and travel medicine at Hall Health Center at the University of Washington. Her special interests include pre- and post-travel assessments, infectious disease challenges and dermatology. Anne is currently the director of the UW Medicine Travel Clinic at Hall Health Center.

She obtained her Master of Science in nursing at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 1997. In addition, she has a Certificate in Infectious Disease and Infection Control from the UW School of Nursing and is certified as a travel provider by the International Society of Travel Medicine (ISTM).


Patient Care Philosophy
I strive to inspire patients to make good health decisions and to give them the tools to make things happen. Without patient input and effort, good health cannot be achieved.

Personal Interests
International travel, hiking, cycling and knitting.

Clinical Interests
Travel medicine, including pre-travel consultations and figuring out complex post-travel issues; infectious disease; and dermatology, including the management of acne with Accutane.

Mentoring nurse practitioner students and UW residents in global health.

Family Nurse Practitioner, Clinic Lead

I am a family nurse practitioner at Hall Health Primary Care Center, and the unit manager for Hall Health's Primary Care Clinic. I am one of the facility's Epic electronic medical records platform experts, and train others to use the system.

I work hard to provide care that is person-centered, respectful and considerate, with a dash of humor thrown in.

Personal Interests
I enjoy my daily bicycle commute, advocating for improved pedestrian and bicycle facilities, and exploring the beauty and wonder of the natural world.

Clinical Interests
All aspects of health care delivery. I particularly enjoy helping patients with the challenge of increasing physical activity and improving eating habits.
