Artwalk at Hall Health Center on May 6th (5:30-7pm)

140 unique (including a few nationally recognized) pieces of artwork created by UW students, faculty, staff, and alumni, are currently on display at Hall Health Center. On Tuesday, May 6th from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm an artwalk will be held, to enable the UW community to see these pieces of art when the Center is not in operation.

For the first time, our neighbors on the 2nd floor (Environmental Health and Safety) will be involved, showing visitors the series of photographs that are on display from the UW Photographer's Group.

There will also be a brief presentation led by Mark Shaw, Director of Health Promotion at Hall Health Center, discussing the topic of "How Art Can Enhance the Healing Process," starting at 6:00 in Conference Room G-81.

For more information, and to RSVP, contact Mark Shaw at (206) 616-8476 or mshaw@u.washington.edu.
