Ms. Howe received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Washington and her MBA from City University. She worked as a medical surgical nurse for a number of years, before returning to the University of Washington of Medical Center in Ambulatory Services. There, she worked in several clinical areas before assuming responsibility for program development and management for the UW Medical Center.
Ms. Howe has been at Hall Health since the autumn of 1998. Here, she continues her interest and strengths in working in data analysis, program planning and quality improvement that results in better patient care; and enjoys the challenge of implementing changes based on these analyses.
Personal Interests: In her spare time Ms. Howe enjoys golfing, gardening and horseback riding.
