Please check-in at Patient Services Center on main floor to be placed in line for Immunization services.

Health Sciences Immunization Program: Health Sciences Students requiring an annual PPD and/or Flu Vaccine:

If you are a Health Sciences Student needing a form(s) completed for rotations, residencies etc., you may call Hall Health at 616-2495 or use your eCare account to schedule an appointment with a provider. There may be a fee for form completion. The visit is subsidized through the Student Activity Fee.

No Appointment Necessary/Walk in

At main floor Patient Service Center, check-in and request Immunization Clinic.
Orders from a Hall Heath Provider required for most vaccinations.
Please see exceptions below:

Doctor's orders are not required for the following:

  1. Tuberculosis test (not available on Thursdays).
    • Also known as PPD test
    • Must return in 2 to 3 days for reading
  2. Flu immunization
    • Injectable and nasal options
  3. Measles Immunization
  4. Measles Titer (blood test for immunity status)

Additional Walk-in options for Current UW Students:

  • Titers: measles, mumps, rubella or varicella. Request "Immunization Clinic" at check-in.
  • Other Vaccines: Request "Consulting Nurse" at check-in.
