Group Therapy

For those who are already familiar with mindfulness meditation, this follow-up group is being offered as an open, ongoing, weekly group.

  • What:
    • The Mindful Way Through Depression (Book With CD-ROM) by Williams, Teasdale, Segal and Kabat-Zinn (available at the UW bookstore and online)
    • Bring a yoga mat and light blanket
