The Rubenstein Memorial Pharmacy at Hall Health Center is an outpatient pharmacy that serves students as well as the general public. We accept many insurance plans, but prescription refills can only be processed for patients registered with UW Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center, affiliated UW Medicine Neighborhood Clinics or the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.
The pharmacy is open Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm and is located on the first floor of Hall Health Center.
If you have refills remaining on your prescription, please contact the pharmacy directly at (206) 685-1021 and have your prescription number (located on the bottle) ready to give to the representative. You may also request your prescription refill by e-mail at: pharmacy@u.washington.edu.
If you have no remaining refills on your Hall Health prescription, contact our Pharmacy directly at (206) 685-1021, and we will consult with your provider to arrange for a renewal of your prescription. You will be notified only if the prescription CANNOT be filled. Please allow two working days for the processing of your prescription renewal requests.
