The Rubenstein Memorial Pharmacy at Hall Health Center is an outpatient pharmacy that serves students, faculty, staff and the general public. We accept many insurance plans, and are a preferred pharmacy for the Student Health Insurance Plan and the Graduate Appointee Insurance Program. Prescription refills can only be processed for patients registered with UW Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center, affiliated UW Medicine Neighborhood Clinics or the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.

Closed Saturday, Sunday and UW holidays
We're located on the first floor of Hall Health Center. For directions and parking information, click here.
If you have refills remaining on your prescription, contact the pharmacy at (206) 685-1021 and have your prescription number (located on the bottle) available. You may also request your prescription refill by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow two working days for the processing of your prescription renewal requests.
If you have no remaining refills on your Hall Health prescription, contact the pharmacy directly at (206) 685-1021, and we will consult with your provider to arrange for a renewal of your prescription. You will be notified only if the prescription cannot be filled.
Are you a graduate student assistant (TA or RA)? If you have Graduate Assistant Insurance Program (GAIP) health insurance, then you're able to have your prescriptions mailed to you. Read more here.
