Make an Appointment

Call or go to the Patient Service Center to make an appointment.

If you are a new patient or have not been seen for one year,

• please download and complete the women's health history questionnaire, and bring it with you to your appointment.

Urgent Problem

If you have an urgent  problem and want to see someone today:  go to the Patient Services Center and ask to speak with the consulting nurse. Because the nurse sees patients without a specific appointment time, please allow time to wait.

1. For urgent questions or needs during clinic hours: call 206-221-2491 to speak to our consulting nurse.
   If the consulting nurse is speaking with another patient when you call, you may leave a message with your

• name,
• telephone number and
• concern
• and she will call you back as soon as she is able*.
• *Do allow time for the nurse to return your call.  Unless the clinic is exceptionally busy, your call is usually returned within 2 hours.

3. If you are referred to a gynecologist, please call Women's Clinic at 206-543-5159 to schedule an appointment.


4. If you are referred to Women's Clinic for a colposcopy or LEEP, call 206-685-1044 to schedule an appointment.


5. If you want an IUD, call 206-616-2495 to schedule an appointment to talk to the Family Planning Counselor.
   • When you are ready to schedule an appointment for an IUD insertion, call 206-685-1034.
      
6. If you are receiving your prenatal care with us, please schedule your appointments by calling 206-543-5159.
