Lactation Station

The Hall Health Lactation Station is located in room G90 on the ground floor of Hall Health and is available for use by UW students, staff, and faculty.

Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm

Orientation required

An initial 15-minute orientation is required to use the Hall Health Lactation Station.  This can be arranged by calling (206) 685-1034. Please bring your UW ID card to the orientation.

Once you have attended the orientation, you will be able to schedule reservations for 30-minute segments using our online calendar.  If no one has reserved the room, you may enter on a first-come, first-served basis.  You may reserve more than one time slot during a day.

Please note that you must purchase a Symphony Double Pumping kit model 67099 for use with a Medela Symphony Breast Pump model 0240108.  For a purchase location near you, call Medela at 1-800-435-8316.  If you choose to borrow a kit from another breastfeeding mother, sterilize it in boiling water for at least 10 minutes before you use it.  Hall Health Pharmacy currently stocks the breast pump kits.

NOTE: Do not leave you pump kit in the room.  No refrigeration facilities are available.
