about eCare

Hall Health Center offers eCare - secure, online access to your health care team and personal health information.

With eCare you can:

  • request medication renewals at your convenience;ecare brochure
  • schedule or change your appointments;
  • view your personal health information, including:
    • current medications
    • allergies
    • immunizations
    • medical history
    • details of recent visits at Hall Health;
  • e-mail your health care provider securely and privately; and
  • access an extensive library of reliable health information.

How to Sign Up

To participate in eCare, you will need an eCare sign-up letter with a unique identifier code to complete the process. You can obtain the sign-up letter two ways:

  1. Visit the Patient Services Center and ask for an eCare sign-up letter (even if you don't have a scheduled appointment at Hall Health)
  2. When you are in the clinic for an appointment, ask the Medical Assistant or Provider to print an eCare sign-up letter for you

OR

  1. Print, complete, and sign the eCare Access Agreement and mail it to:

    Seattle, WA 98195-4410

After we receive your completed form, we will mail your startup information to you.
