Hall Health offers Consulting Nurse Services by phone for all UW students and established non-student patients of our clinic. For students only, the consulting nurses are also available on a walk-in basis during regular business hours Monday through Friday. Sorry, but we do not give phone advice or in-person advice to members of the general public.
Usually, a nurse can speak to you right away, but there may be times when you will be asked to leave a number where you can be reached. It is our goal to respond to all calls within 60 minutes. If you are an established patient and have questions relating to a recent visit, please call the medical assistant directly.
For urgent medical advice after hours, call the Harborview Medical Center's Nurse Consult Service at (206) 744-2500. A nurse will be able to advise you about your problem, make treatment suggestions, and make arrangements if you need to be seen on an emergency basis.
