Your First Visit

Registration and Appointments

First-time patients may register and make an appointment at Hall Health Center by calling 206-616-2495. You may also register and make an appointment in person at the Patient Services Center on the main floor of our facility. There is a charge for missed appointments, so please let us know in advance if you cannot be here at your arranged time.

Save time - find where you want to go! You can locate the clinic you'll be visiting on the Floor Plan to know where to go after checking in at the Patient Services Center in the main lobby.

Preparing for Your First Visit

When you come for your first visit, plan to arrive 15 minutes early to complete the registration process. Please be prepared to show your insurance card and, if you are a student, your student ID card. Nonstudents who have no insurance coverage are asked to provide a $75.00 deposit prior to their visits.

When you enter Hall Health Center at the main entrance (on the 1^st floor), the Patient Services Center (registration and check-in) will be directly ahead. All patients must check in at the Patient Services Center for every visit. After checking in, please proceed to the waiting area of your particular clinic.
