Your First Visit

Health Education Department services are free of charge (except for the Smoking Cessation program, which is free for students, and $40 for others), and do not require an appointment (although it's best to phone ahead, to make sure someone will be here to see you).

Sometimes people drop in before or after an appointment with a health care provider, and other times the sole purpose of the visit is to come to the Wellness Resource Center to gather brochures, talk with a Peer Health Educator or consult with a member of the staff. Consider yourself welcome to make a visit.

Our aim to is have you come away with more information about a health question you might have, so that if you choose to, you can make a change that will improve your health and well-being.
