Your First Visit

First-time patients may register and make an appointment at Hall Health Center by calling 206-616-2495. You may also register and make an appointment in person at the Patient Services Center on the main floor of our facility.

When you come for your first visit, plan to arrive 15 minutes early to complete the registration process. Please be prepared to show your insurance card and, if you are a student, your student ID card. Nonstudents who have no insurance coverage are asked to provide a $75.00 deposit prior to their visits.

When you enter Hall Health Center at the main entrance (on the 1st floor), the Patient Services Center (registration and check-in) will be directly ahead. All patients must check in at the Patient Services Center for every visit. After checking in, please proceed to the waiting area of your particular clinic.
