Your First Visit First-time patients, please register by calling 206-616-2495. To make an appointment at the mental health clinic, please call 206-543-5030. Have your insurance information available when you call. You may also register in person at the Patient Services Center on the main floor of our facility.When you come for your first visit, plan to arrive 15 minutes early to complete the registration process. Please be prepared to show your insurance card and, if you are a student, your student ID card. Nonstudents who have no insurance coverage are asked to provide a $65.00 deposit prior to their visits. When you enter Hall Health Center at the main entrance (on the 1st floor), there will be an elevator on your right. Take the elevator to the third floor and check in at the Mental Health Clinic. After checking in, please proceed to the waiting area. Your provider will know that you have checked in and they will come and meet you in the waiting area. |
