UW Employee Health Center

The Employee Health Center (EHC) is on campus located in the Hall Health Primary Care Center building on the Ground Floor (Room 8).  The EHC provides medical surveillance, work-related immunizations and work-related physical exams to employees, some volunteers, and students at the University of Washington.

Employees needing screenings/reviews are advised to call in advance for an appointment.  Injured employees should also call in advance.  After a short assessment of the type of injury, an employee may be referred to another facility for more rapid and complete medical attention.

Campus Health Services - Other Sites

The UW Employee Health Center provides services to all UW employees not employed in either of the Medical Centers.

Campus Health Services provides occupational health needs for all University of Washington and Harborview staff, faculty, and UW employed students.  There are three (3) convenient clinics

  1. UW Employee Health,
  2. UWMC Employee Health, and
  3. Harborview Employee Health

Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday

 

Bloodborne Pathogen Exposures                           
Any UW employee with a possible Bloodborne Pathogen exposure should contact the UW Employee Health Center at (206) 685-1026 and be evaluated as soon as possible.  If the exposure occurs after hours, please contact the nearest emergency room which may be located at either the UWMC (206) 598-4000 or HMC 206-744-3081.
