Insurance & Billing

Information for Students

Hall Health Primary Care Center is the preferred provider for the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) and SHIP Plus. Our services are also covered by many health and insurance plans according to the contracted benefits (see below for a short list of some major companies that we are contracted with).

Many valuable health services are available at no cost to regularly enrolled UW Students who pay the quarterly Services & Activities Fee along with their tuition:

Fees are charged for preventive care visits and specialty services including Mental Health, Nutrition Services, Physical Therapy, Travel Clinic, lab, x-rays etc.

Information for Non-Students

All non-student patients are charged a fee for service. We will directly bill your insurance plan whenever possible. All patients are responsible for co-payments and non-covered services. Consult your benefits plan for covered and non-covered services.

Non-students who do not have insurance will be asked to provide a $75.00 deposit prior to treatment. This may or may not cover the total cost of the visit.
