The Hall Health Patient Service Center is located opposite the main entrance on the first floor.
Making an appointment
Make an appointment at Hall Health Center by calling (206) 685-1011 or stopping by our Patient Service Center, located on the first floor of Hall Health. We are unable to schedule appointments online.
Is this your first visit?
First-time patients may register and make an appointment by calling or by coming to the Patient Service Center in person. When you come for your first visit, plan to arrive 15 minutes early to complete the registration process.
Please have ready:
- Picture ID
- Insurance card
- Students need a UW ID card
- Non-students who have no insurance coverage are asked to provide a deposit prior to each visit.
Make sure to register with eCare
UW Medicine eCare is a patient portal offered to patients of most UW Medicine clinics, including Hall Health Center. UW Medicine eCare enables you to manage and receive information about your health online. You can access eCare using this link from a computer or tablet or by downloading the app MyChart for iPhone or iPad or for Android.
With UW Medicine eCare, you can:
- Request or schedule medical appointments
- Request referrals
- Request prescription renewals
- View test results
- View your health summary from your electronic health record
- Communicate electronically and securely with your clinical team
Cancellation, no show, and late fees
We urge you to keep your scheduled appointments. If we do not receive at least 24 hours (for a Monday appointment, call by Friday) advance notice of your cancellation or need to reschedule, you will be charged a $40 fee.
NOTE: Insurance does not pay for missed appointments or late cancellations.
