Patient Care Philosophy

Min believes each person experiences life in a unique way, developing their own values, beliefs, and strengths to adjust and overcome challenges in life. However, a person may feel distressed, stuck, confused and anxious, depressed, or may have a desire for love, happiness, and meaningful relationships, yet they may find these things very challenging and difficult to achieve. Therapy can help to find a way of understanding our behaviors, communication styles, relationship patterns, and emotional interactions. Min loves helping individuals to explore, examine and discover their strengths, and introduces new ways to work through and manage their concerns.
