The Rubenstein Memorial Pharmacy at Hall Health Center is an outpatient pharmacy that serves students, faculty, and staff of the University of Washington. Prescriptions can only be processed for the general public if they are written by providers at Hall Health, UW Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center, affiliated UW Medicine Neighborhood Clinics or the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.
We accept many insurance plans and are a preferred pharmacy for the International Student Health Insurance Plan (ISHIP) and the Graduate Appointee Insurance Program (GAIP).

Prescription refills and renewals
If you have refills remaining on your prescription, contact the pharmacy at (206) 685-1021 and have your prescription number (located on the bottle) available. You may also request your prescription refill by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow two working days for the processing of your prescription renewal requests.
If you have no remaining refills on your Hall Health prescription, contact the pharmacy directly at (206) 685-1021, and we will consult with your provider to arrange for a renewal of your prescription. You will be notified only if the prescription cannot be filled.
GAIP mail order
Are you a graduate student assistant (TA or RA)? If you have Graduate Assistant Insurance Program (GAIP) health insurance, then you’re able to have your prescriptions mailed to you. Read more here.
