Learn stress management skills, improve attention and focus, and discuss how these skills apply to daily life in a group setting.

Beginning Mindfulness Meditation
Have troublesome tendencies to criticize, ruminate, react or avoid? This group will help you address these behaviors.
Tuesdays, 3:30 – 5PM
Wednesdays, 3:30 – 5PM
Between Cultures Group
For students who are caught between two different cultures and feel like they belong in neither or both at the same time.
Tuesdays, 10 – 11:30AM
Getting Through Grief
A welcoming, supportive group in which feelings and experience of grief are openly accepted, allowed, explored, and understood.
Tuesdays, 1:30 – 3PM
Mindfulness Meditation Follow-Up Group
For those who are already familiar with mindfulness meditation, this follow-up group is being offered as an open, ongoing, weekly group.
Wednesdays, 12 – 1PM
Thursdays, 12 – 1PM
A therapy group for people struggling with procrastination and perfectionism. These are ongoing groups so you may join at any time during the quarter. Learn more here.
