This is a current listing of therapy and support groups offered by the Mental Health Clinic at Hall Health. The fee for support groups is $57 per quarter, with the exception of the free drop-in Sober Support Group.

A Mindful Approach to Working with Anxiety Group
Explore common signs of anxiety and learn how to approach the anxiety in your life and situations you tend to avoid.
Tuesdays, 2 – 3:30 pm, April 12 – May 31
Beginning Mindfulness Meditation
Have troublesome tendencies to criticize, ruminate, react or avoid? This group will help you address these behaviors.
Tuesdays 9:30 – 11 am, April 5 – May 31
Wednesdays 4 – 5:30 pm, April 5 – June 1
International Student Support Group
Being an international student can be lonely & stressful. This group will focus on learning to manage anxiety and overcoming isolation.
Wednesdays 10 – 11:30 am, April 20 – June 8
Mindfulness for Healthy Living
Designed for people who want to change maladaptive behavior patterns and/or learn to manage stressors and improve life balance. The group sessions will focus primarily on mindfulness, meditation, and yoga practices aimed at learning and practicing skills for healthy everyday living.
Thursdays 1 – 3 pm, April 14 – June 2
Mindfulness Meditation Follow-Up Group
For those who are already familiar with mindfulness meditation, this follow-up group is being offered as an open, ongoing, weekly group.

Overcoming Social Challenges
For people who want to reduce social anxiety and make better connections with others.
Wednesdays 2:00 – 3:30PM, continuous/open
A therapy group for people struggling with procrastination and perfectionism. These are ongoing groups so you may join at any time during the quarter.
Wednesdays 3:00 – 5:00pm, continuous/open
Fridays at 9:30 – 11:30am, continuous/open
