A Mindful Approach to Working with Anxiety Group
Explore common signs of anxiety and learn how to approach the anxiety in your life and situations you tend to avoid.
Tuesdays, 2 – 3:30 pm
Beginning Mindfulness Meditation
Have troublesome tendencies to criticize, ruminate, react or avoid? This group will help you address these behaviors.
Wednesdays 4 – 5:30 pm
Mindfulness Meditation Follow-Up Group
For those who are already familiar with mindfulness meditation, this follow-up group is being offered as an open, ongoing, weekly group.
Wednesdays 12 – 1 pm (Meghann)
Thursdays 12 – 1 pm (Meghann)
Fridays 12:30 – 1:30 pm (Carey)
A therapy group for people struggling with procrastination and perfectionism. These are ongoing groups so you may join at any time during the quarter.
Fridays at 10 am – 12 pm
Relationship and Life Skills Group
To increase participants’ skills in understanding emotions, practicing emotional regulation strategies, identifying interpersonal goals, and social skills based on mindfulness and behavioral interventions. The group is based on a curriculum with home practice components.
Thursdays, 1 pm – 3 pm
