Faculty Spotlight

Last fall, Melissa Schiff, M.D., M.P.H., received a major grant from the National Institutes of Health to study teen soccer injuries. Dr. Schiff is the director of education at the Injury Center, and an associate professor in epidemiology at the UW School of Public Health and Community Medicine. Her research interests include injury epidemiology and reproductive and perinatal epidemiology, with a focus on maternal health.
