The Department of History maintains a computer lab for its graduate students and undergraduate majors. The lab has 5 Windows PCs running Windows XP and equipped with Microsoft Office XP Professional, Adobe Acrobat Standard 6.0, Adobe Photoshop CS 8.0, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, Endnote 7.0, and a suite of foreign language fonts. There is also one Macintosh running O/S X and equipped with Microsoft Office X, Adobe Acrobat Standard 6.0, and Adobe Photoshop CS 8.0. The lab also contains an HP ScanJet flatbed scanner.

The Department also maintains 6 laptops (5 Windows XP machines and 1 Macintosh O/S X machine), 2 digital projectors, and a digital camera for student use.

Access to the labs and portable equipment is restricted to current History graduate students and declared undergraduate History majors. Logon credentials for the lab can be obainted by contacting the Undergraduate Advising Office or the History Graduate Office. To inquire about the portable equipment, please contact the Computing & Instructional Services Director.

All equipment and software is funded through the Student Techonology Fee.
