This graph is derived from a multivariate analysis of the contribution of protease-inhibitor components in antiretroviral therapy on patient total bilirubin levels (adjusted for age, sex, chronic hepatitis B or C, longitudinal relationship between hemoglobin and bilirubin level, and presence of UGT1A1 allelic variants associated with Gilbert's syndrome). The p value for atazanavir and indinavir was <0.0001.
