Upon completing the module Dermatologic Manifestations, participants should be able to:

  1. Identify the proper CDC classification for an HIV-infected patient with a chronic ulcerative herpes simplex lesion present for at least one month.
  2. List the appropriate means of diagnosing a herpes simplex lesion.
