This answer is incorrect. The enteric-coated didanosine (Videx EC) formulation has minimal interaction with methadone and has negligible impact on didanosine plasma levels. Methadone, however, decreases levels of the older buffered formulations of didanosine (Videx) and would require a didanosine dose increase. Choose another answer:
