Parking Instructions for Dermatology Residents

updated June 2009

Residents who drive to their assigned 2-month rotation AT UWMC, HMC, and the UWMC Roosevelt clinic need to pay for parking. Parking at Seattle Childrens' Hospital and the VA is free. Free or reimbursed parking is provided to all residents for required conferences, didactics and on call coverage that is away from your regular rotation assignment. Each location has a different set of directions which often change from year-to-year. The following information is accurate as of June 2009.

·         PPUP (Pay Per Use Parking) at View Park Garage is available for $6.60 per day.  You will be issued a PPUP hang tag and a key card that will give you access to the garage ($5 refundable deposit required).  You will be charged a daily rate as a payroll deduction each day you enter the parking lot, which includes in and out privileges.  You will need to fist signup for PPUP at the UW in order to have PPUP at the View Ridge Garage.
