Computer Support and Port Activation

Computer support is provided by individual departments at this time. For system-wide problems (e.g., loss of internet), please contact Computing and Communications at help@u.washington.edu or call 543-5970 (website: http://www.washington.edu/computing/).

Computer ports can be activated by IT Services (formerly MCIS).  Contact IT Services Suport Desk at 543-7012 to make your request.  A technician will then be scheduled to activate your ports.  You can contact the same number for any other desktop computer support services.
