Loading Dock:

The loading dock for the Ninth and Jefferson Building is located on Terry Avenue. The normal hours of operation are from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm on weekdays. To schedule loading dock access for the weekend, contact the property management office.

Building Manager

The School of Medicine representative at the R&T Buildling is Phil Tiegs. His office is located on the first floor of the R&T Building and is responsible for making requests and reporting problems to property management staff.

U.S. and campus mail is delivered to the HMC mailroom and should contain your HMC address (with campus box number). Express and freight packages are delivered to the R&T loading dock and should contain your R&T room number.

The building security desk is located in the lobby. The security officer is availabe during normal business ours to assist with all building procedures, services, personnel, or policies.
