Cap & Gown Ordering
All students participating in the Hooding Ceremony must wear appropriate graduation apparel. Orders for caps and gowns will need to be placed through the University Commencement website Registration/Order form in early May. Apparel rental will cost about $66.00.

Parking (subject to change)
You will also need to order parking permits in advance for the Hooding Ceremony. These will be available for purchase through the University Commencement website when ordering hooding apparel later this year. Permits will be issued as general passes that can be used for lots E-10, E-11, and E-12 which are adjacent to the football stadium. Parking Services will not be staffing the E-1 lot located north of Hec Edmundson Pavilion. If you're interested in saving some money and walking a few extra minutes to Hec Ed, parking will cost $4.00 in dollars/quarters for that lot. If you choose this option, you will not have to purchase parking permits in advance, but be prepared for lines upon entering. Please allow ample time to arrive at the Arena on time. If you do not purchase a parking permit prior to June 4th and wish to park in lots E-10, E-11, or E-12 , parking permits will cost $9 at the parking booth. This will most assuredly create lines and delays and is to be avoided.

Disability Parking
Parking lot E-17 is reserved for disabled guests, particularly those using wheelchairs; handicap decals should be displayed. Lot E-17 is adjacent to the southeast entrance of Hec Edmundson Pavilion, near the Husky dog statue. The attendant in the entrance booth will direct drivers to this area. Ushers in the Hec Edmundson Pavilion will indicate the area reserved for guests in wheelchairs.
