Day-of-Ceremony Information for Students

Logistics
8:45 - 9:00 a.m.
Enter the Arena through the southeast entrance, which is down the lane from the husky dog statue. Proceed immediately to the assembly area for the North and South Lines of March (the south lower level of the Arena).

9:00 a.m.
Assemble according to the Line of March. There will be signs and staff members to assist. Please come dressed in your cap and gown and note which line (north or south) you are in and your place in that line.

GRADUATES' BELONGINGS
Graduates may leave personal belongings in the visiting locker room during the ceremony. This room will be locked during the ceremony.
